The Rustico Food + Beer Experience
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Nights
For those seeking to indulge in the hedonism that thrives and drives the food and beer program at Rustico, Chef Frank Morales and Beer Director Greg Engert have created an extraordinary solution for a few adventurous souls.
Every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evening this spring, we will offer up a grand total of 4 seats for one seating at the chef's counter that will include no fewer than six courses of amazing food and boutique beer pairings. A must for genuine hop-heads and geeky foodies alike - this is an opportunity to totally immerse one's self in unapologetic and often unimaginable combinations of market-driven ingredients and libations - all of which will be presented with deft authority. Not intended for the meek nor mild, these seats are saved for those seeking a true culinary thrill-ride.
Details: $125 per person, all-inclusive.
Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance and will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis by calling 703.224.5051.
